Emma Vincent Croft is a geologist with over 10 years’ experience in mineral exploration. Emma has been with Vale Base Metals in Sudbury since 2018, utilizing her exploration experience and specialization in geoscience data management to support teams across Canada. Prior to joining Vale Base Metals, Emma worked for Hudbay in Flin Flon, Manitoba, during which time she was a member of the Manitoba-Saskatchewan Prospector’s and Developers Association. Emma holds a B.Sc in Geological Sciences from Queen’s University and is a registered Professional Geoscientist with PGO.

Carl is a geologist with over fifteen years of experience spanning early-stage exploration through to production, with expertise in evaluating mineral deposits and complex tectonic environments. He specializes in greenstone-hosted gold systems in Canada and internationally, applying technical rigor and practical, strategic assessment to exploration properties and mineral deposits. He has worked across the mining and exploration industry with junior, intermediate, and major mining companies, consultancies, and government, and is a registered P.Geo. in Ontario. Carl has called Thunder Bay home since 2020 and is proud to be an active member of the local exploration and mining community.

Dylan Moore is an Associate Vice President at Counsel Public Affairs, based in Toronto.
Dylan – a day one veteran of the Ontario Government under Premier Doug Ford – brings over eight years of experience driving strategic communications, policy development and regulatory reform across Ontario’s energy, northern development, mining, natural resources, forestry and housing sectors. His leadership was instrumental in advancing major initiatives, including Ontario’s Critical Minerals Strategy, the Building More Mines Act and advancing the Ring of Fire.
Most recently, Dylan served as Chief of Staff to the Associate Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, where he worked to improve housing outcomes across the province and Chief of Staff for the Associate Minister of Mines, where he worked to address regulatory challenges and issues for the sector in Ontario’s capital markets space.
Dylan has served as a senior advisor to four cabinet ministers, built and led high-performing teams and delivered impactful policy outcomes in complex sectors. His work has also included Indigenous relations, crisis management and planning international trade missions. He has extensive campaign experience, including managing a campaign for the Ontario PC Party in the riding of Timmins in 2025.
Outside of work, Dylan has a strong commitment to mentoring students and graduates from the Seneca Government Relations program.
Dylan holds an Honours BA in Political Science and Legal Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Government Relations from Seneca College.

Cameron is a passionate advocate for Northern Ontario, committed to strengthening the region’s socio-economic future through focused work in Indigenous relations, renewable energy, climate change, and the natural resource sector.
He is a founding member and Director of the Fédération des gens d’affaires de l’Ontario, Chair of the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s ACMS Review Committee, and a Director of the Timmins and District Hospital. An alumnus of the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference, Cameron previously served as Provincial Co-Chair and continues to play an active role in supporting the next generation of leaders.
A long-time champion of the arts, Cameron played a leading role in re-establishing the Independent Arts Council for Timmins, helping to revitalize cultural opportunities in the region. He has also served on the Boards of the Public Affairs Association of Canada and the Ontario Caucus Advisory Council. In recognition of his contributions to both community and country, he was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal in 2025.
Cameron devotes his time to the causes he believes matter most—both personally and for the well-being of his community. He has performed for over two decades as a classical violinist with the Timmins Symphony Orchestra, where he also serves on the Board of Directors. A passionate advocate for youth sport and outdoor recreation, he chairs the Northern Ontario Division Coaches Committee, coaches with several Northern ski clubs, and is the Past President of Mount Jamieson Resort.
