Help Us Shine! Volunteers Needed for the OPA/SPDA Booth at the Sudbury Gem & Mineral Show – July 17-19

By donating several hours or more of your time you get free admission to the Show .

We are looking for 10 volunteers to help staff the joint OPA/SPDA booth. Each shift is 2 hours, and you are welcome to sign up for more than one slot. Slots will be filled on a first-reserved basis, so please indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices from the schedule below.

What to Bring: We encourage all volunteers to bring items that help tell our story: maps, rocks, drill core, prospecting tools, or your own industry experiences.

Time slots available:

• Fri. July 17: 5:00 – 7:00 pm | 7:00 – 9:00 pm
• Sat. July 18: 10:00 am – Noon | Noon – 2:00 pm | 2:00 – 4:00 pm |
  4:00 – 6:00 pm
• Sun. July 19​​​​​​​: 10:00 am – Noon | Noon – 2:00 pm | 2:00 – 3:30 pm |
  3:30 – 5:00 pm
